Life Lately

Life lately has been super busy with work, travel and life laundry including searching for a new kitchen (sooooo time consuming!) Yet I think it's very important to fit in some fun things, so here's what I've been up to.

Wahoo! Well done Norris!

Watching the boyfriend do yet another marathon, this time in beautiful Eastbourne. You can read about his endeavours here.

While the boyfriend runs I eat gelato!
Being the support team for a marathon is hungry work so I had to fill up on the best gelato in Eastbourne at Fusciardi's.

Visiting the Art Gemini Prize
Heading South of the river to support a friend who was exhibiting at the Art Gemini Prize exhibition.

Perfect Stripes From Chinti & Parker
Squeezing in a few press days in-between prepping for photo-shoots and spotting this beautiful stars and stripes cashmere sweater from Chinti & Parker.

Faux Fur Coat £95 Topshop
Coveting this camo fur coat from Topshop.

Date night drinks
Making time for date night with the boyfriend.

I hope you all have a great week!

Life Lately

Last week was a blur of work and this week looks set to be the same. Never a bad thing when you're freelance but it leaves little time for anything not work related!

Fashion Chaos!

Packing for an exciting menswear shoot in Cannes this week...more to come.

Relaxing with a favourite film The Darjeeling Limited by the incredible director Wes Anderson.

Ummm...what colour to choose?
Now that summer is almost over I'm trying out moodier nail colours such as burgundy, navy and khaki or nudes and neutrals.

Sunday morning running

Running attire, top Nike, leggings Karrimor, Trainers Saucony

The weather was so good in London on Sunday that we ventured to Epping Forest for a run.

Have a great week!

Life Lately

Last week was a good one with a photo shoot in the countryside, attending my first Barry's Bootcamp fitness class, baking some delicious brownies, shopping for a little DIY project I have coming up, lusting after more trainers and enjoying the last days of the Indian summer that London is experiencing at the moment.

Stoke Park

Styling a photo shoot at the beautiful Stoke Park.

Getting sweaty at Barry's Bootcamp

The lovely ladies at Impulse PR invited me to Barry's Bootcamp to work up a sweat. As someone who likes to run solo and do triathlon's in the countryside, entering the very loud, very packed class was a bit of a shock! It was however an incredibly motivating class and I can see how people get addicted to the endorphin rush it provided!

Salted caramel and peanut brownies

Balancing out my intense workout at Barry's Bootcamp with some calorific brownies (recipe here - I just sprinkled with salted peanuts).

Fabric from Goldhawk Road
If you are ever in need of fabric for a fashion or interiors project may I suggest you head to west London's Goldhawk Road where you'll find loads of little stores bursting with all your fabric needs.

The new object of my desire

Shopping with the boyfriend over the weekend I found and fell in love with these men's trainers by Comme des Garcons in Liberty

Pumpkins at Albion
Even though the weather is summery in London at the moment I am looking forward to the change in season.

Have a great week!
